Leszek Cieśla

Proud graduate of Control Engineering and Robotics in the Wroclaw University of Technology, where I had the honor to be the chairman of the student’s union. After that, I was elected as President of the Students’ Parliament of the Republic of Poland. I was responsible for hi-tech and communication activities in the political cabinet of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education and consultant of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister.

I was director at the National Centre for Research and development of the department responsible for communications and relationship building. I represented Poland at plenty of conferences and summits about R&D, innovation, and hi-tech around the globe. I built from scratch image and communication of this one of the essential agencies in Poland.

I was responsible for scientific engagement, lobbying, and public affairs issues in Philip Morris International in Poland. I’m one of the significant people responsible for introducing IQOS to the Polish market.
